Toyota Supra Connect in your car
When you log in to your Supra Connect account at www.supraconnect.ca you will be able to see your Toyota Supra(s) and a list of currently active services.
Keep calm and advise the agent that you have accidentally initiated an emergency call and are not in need of emergency services.
An agent is available to take your calls 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The agent can provide en-route navigation, directions and destinations and have them directly sent to your Embedded Navigation system. Concierge is available on existing vehicles until 2025. New vehicles produced will no longer have this feature.
The update button will be used only when software updates are available for the Audio Multimedia System.
If the message "Connection not possible" repeatedly appears in your vehicle when you try to execute various Supra Connect services, please contact your Toyota Dealer.
Apps/services performance vary by phone/carrier. Costs for the data connections depend on your mobile phone contract and will be billed by your mobile phone provider.
Toyota Supra Connect on my smartphone
For iOS and Android devices there is the Supra Connected app which allows you to see the current status of your Toyota Supra, ventilate/pre-condition your car, lock/unlock your car, flash the headlights, blow the horn, locate your Toyota Supra, send destinations from your device to your navigation and start door-to-door navigation routing. Download the apps from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.
Login
To log on to Toyota Supra Connect please use the same e-mail address (user name) and password you saved when you registered at Toyota Supra Connect. If you have not created your login credentials yet, please click on the "Register" button on www.supraconnect.ca.
Click on the Login icon in the header above. Select "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions.
Use your e-mail address as your user name. If you are unable to log in with your e-mail address, please contact Toyota Supra Connect Customer Support.
The same username you created for your login to the Toyota Supra Connect web portal is used to login to your vehicle.
You can change your email address, password and user name in the Profile menu on the Toyota Supra Connect web portal.

Map Update - USB Map Update
The Toyota Supra Download Manager guarantees the quality of the download process and guides the user through it.
The security key ensures that you are receiving the correct navigation map update and is your key for further updates.
You can visit your local Toyota service partner and they can provide you with the newest navigation map update via USB stick.
Battery Guard
The Battery Guard connected service was previously available on vehicles equipped with Supra Connect, designed to notify owners when the vehicle would detect the battery charge level was under a low-voltage threshold. Battery Guard service was discontinued on June 30, 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Remote Cockpit
Remote Cockpit is a feature of the Toyota Supra Connect smartphone App. It enables you to remotely execute key features of your GR Supra equipped with Toyota Supra Connect Services. Download the Toyota Supra Connect App from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store for your applicable smart device. Register your vehicle through the App or at www.supraconnect.ca.
